Who we build for
Websites for on-water towing and salvage
Nobody browses a towing website. They arrive with a dead engine, a phone at twenty percent, and one question: can you get to me.
Everything on the page has to serve that person, and everything else on the page has to serve the calmer version of them who is shopping for membership in March.
What this site has to do
- Say the water you cover by name. Lakes, harbours, and how far out.
- Be readable on one bar of signal, which means light pages and no scripts standing between somebody and your number.
- Explain the difference between a tow and a salvage, because that difference is the bill and almost nobody understands it before they need to.
- Be honest about what membership covers and what it does not, in a way somebody can act on before they need it.
What a customer asks an assistant, and what it needs from you
These are the questions people put to ChatGPT and Gemini about a business like yours. The right-hand column is the part that has to exist in text on a page before your name can come back as the answer.
| What they ask | What the assistant needs |
|---|---|
| Boat towing on Lake Michigan near Muskegon | The water you cover, named |
| I ran aground, who do I call? | A page that says soft ungrounding in plain words |
| Is boat towing covered by my insurance? | Your explanation of tow versus salvage |
| How much does it cost to get towed on a lake? | The membership economics, honestly set out |
The pages you actually need
- What we cover
- Named water. This is the page that decides whether an assistant names you for a lake.
- Towing and soft ungrounding
- The everyday call, and what it costs a member versus a non-member.
- Salvage
- The one nobody understands until they are in it. Explaining it well is a service and a differentiator.
- Membership
- The economics, written plainly enough that somebody can decide in March.
- For insurers and adjusters
- A different reader entirely, and the one that sends repeat work.
You do not have to work any of this out. We research the business and build the whole thing before you pay anything, then you say what is wrong with it.
