The process
How it works
No upfront cost, no contract, and you see the finished site before you decide anything.
- 1
We stop by.
We visit your business, learn what you do, and grab a few details and photos. Fifteen minutes, tops.
- 2
We build your real site.
Not a mockup. A working website with your name, your hours, your services, your photos.
- 3
You review it in person.
We come back and show you the finished site on a phone and a screen. You tell us what to change.
- 4
You say yes, and we go live.
We register your domain in your name and put your site online, usually within a few days.
- 5
We keep it current.
New hours, a menu change, fresh photos, a holiday closing. Send it over and we update it. That's part of the plan.
The honest part
No upfront cost. No contract. Cancel anytime. Your domain is registered in your name from day one, so the address is yours to keep no matter what happens between us.
Questions people ask
What's the catch?
There isn't one you'll regret. We build the site for free. We're betting it'll be good enough that you'll want us to host and maintain it for a small monthly fee. If we're wrong, you owe us nothing, and you keep your domain.
I already have a Facebook page. Isn't that enough?
A Facebook page isn't a website. It doesn't show up well on Google. You don't own it. And anyone who isn't on Facebook can't really find you. A real site works for everyone searching for what you do, and you own it.
Can I update the site myself, or do you do it?
We do it. Text us or email the change and it's handled, usually same day. No logins to remember, no dashboard to learn. That's what the monthly plan is for.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep your domain, and we hand off your site cleanly. No holding your web address hostage, no exit fee. We'd rather part as neighbors.
Who actually builds it?
Our team, with local students handling your account under supervision. Real people from the lakeshore, learning to do good work by doing it for you.
